It has an excellent CPU and has the advantages of SSD speed, but sins a lot in RAM (it is only 10 GB and only 8 GB are used for games, compared to Xbox One X has 12 GB of RAM for example or the PS5 and Xbox Series X which has 16 GB of RAM) and its GPU is considerably slower than those of new consoles (it has new generation features but its GPU has only 4tflops while the Xbox One X has 6Tflops and PS5/Xbox Series X has 10~12TFlops). I will say, I'm quite impressed, I really expected the game to run a lot worse, it's almost impressive to see this on a 10 year old console, the delay of months to polish the versions for the weaker consoles really paid off, it makes me hopeful and curious about the Switch version.Īctually, the Xbox Series S is not that powerful.
